Mental Health Awareness Month: My Bipolar Perspectives of a Unipolar World 🌎 🧠😱

As October is Mental Health Awareness Month, I’ve reblogged my first book/thesis/rant/nonsense collective bringing together a few topics of life experiences which you might find interesting or funny or something absolutely terrible. I’ll leave it up to you to decide. I’m not attempting the preaching of my opinions but I’m making sure people know that having a mental illness doesn’t mean that a person can’t speak out to others and share their thoughts. I’m Rapid Cycle Bipolar, I’m also a human being too just like you 🙏 x

I’m a 38 year old male who has recently been diagnosed with bipolar disorder. I have found it as a new chapter in my life that has opened my eyes to a whole new perspective on myself and everything around me.

    1. It’s a work in progress. I need to cite some parts and there’s a few grammatical errors but it’s my first attempt so you have to start somewhere. I’ll email you the latest version 👍📝

      1. I hope you’re settling in with the new job. I got a book from Amazon that you wrote about your experiences in. I was saying to my friend, “look at this, I know this lady who wrote this”.

      2. Cool, huh!! Lol. I kinda felt famous when she published it 😂 I love Ashley. She and I started at the same time. We hit it off immediately and have remained buddies ever since. She’s an inspiration for sure.
