I put this video together of my attempt. I’m still a novice due to my lack of practicing and enjoying myself. This is one of the main aspects I’ve found being Bipolar is that you lose interest in the things you love. I’m determined now to pick my guitar up each and every day I can from now on. Even if it’s just for 10 minutes.
